Dream vacation in a dream villa
This newly built villa is in a prime location right by the sea and offers every conceivable comfort for a perfect holiday. The large infinity pool provides welcome cooling on hot summer days. The air conditioning works perfectly and quietly on all floors, so nothing stands in the way of a good, restful sleep. The owners are more than friendly. In addition to water, coffee and champagne, we were also greeted with fresh fruit, bread and honey. The garden is full of herbs and vegetables that we were able to help ourselves to. In addition to freshly grilled eggplant with feta, there was often Greek salad from our “own” garden. Many great taverns in Gennadi and the surrounding area can also be reached within a few minutes by car. What more could you want?

Michael is a warm and welcoming host. His responses to our queries before our holiday were timely and informative. Our flight out was delayed and he telephoned the car rental company to arrange a late pick up for our car. The villa was outstanding and we wanted for nothing as Michael always went the extra mile to provide for us.
The hilight of the holiday for us was time spent at the fantastic swimming pool at the villa. The location was perfect for our holiday.

Wir waren mit 10 Personen in dieser schönen Villa. Es war ausreichend Platz für alle vorhanden. Der große Garten und der Poolbereich sind das Highlight an diesem Anwesen. In dem kleinen Ort Koskinou gibt es Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und auch einen schönen Strand mit kristallklarem Wasser. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und wurden von dem Inhaber Michael herzlich empfangen. Er gab uns gute Tipps zu Ausflugszielen und Restaurants.
Wir werden sicherlich noch einmal wieder kommen.

We had such a great stay here. We were 6 px. Family including my baby boy..the home was perfect, everything you need to have a great vication. The view is amazing and the pool is great. The area itself is very nice and close to the beach! Michael was a great host and recommended perfect places.

We had an amazing stay at the villa. We were 7 adults, 3 generations vacationing in Rhodes. The villa is well situated 1minute from a beautiful beach and completely private with large public spaces, a lovely pool & beautiful grounds. Michael is an amazing host who not only helped us plan the trip but also assisted us with every issue that came up during the visit. I would highly recommend families to stay at the villa.

Michael is the most wonderful host. We arrived late in the evening so he organised food for us, and has looked after us very well during our stay. He even treated us to a fantastic day out at nearby island Chalki where we swam in the sea and ate fresh fish on the beach. The villa is beautiful and spacious (even with 7 adults) and has everything you need. The gardens and the pool are gorgeous, all in a peaceful setting with sea views. I absolutely recommend Rodos Paradise Villa and we would love to come back.

We thoroughly enjoyed this large and luxurious house tucked away at the edge of a semi-urbanised village, with views over the coast from its huge upstairs balcony and a great private swimming pool. Michael was a kind and generous host, always available, with good recommendations. We will fondly remember our time at RPV.

The Villa is in a fantastic location, 10 min drive from the city center in a quiet, peaceful area, with a great view. The villa itself is beautiful, with a big garden and a large private swimming pool. The rooms are cozy and clean and the atmosphere was nice and relaxing. Michael was an amazing host. He brought every morning fresh fruit from his garden and cooked for us traditional greek food on our last evening. He was extremely helpful and very keen to help. truly a wonderful host.

Rodos Paradise Villa truly deserves its name !! The villa and its garden, flowers and trees, its 2 terraces and the pool are even more beautiful than the pictures. It is very well located, quiet but close to Rhodos city (a car is a must) and a number of beaches, and a good base to explore the whole island (although “RPV” is so nice that it’s sometimes difficult not to stay there the whole day !!!). The nearby colorful Koskinou village is also charming. The villa is perfectly well furnished and equipped, and very comfortable (we were 4 adults and 4 kids). Last but not least, Michael is a great host who gave us a number of advises and fruits from its garden, and made everything so that we would fully enjoy our stay, including discovering Greek cooking specialties, assisting us in or car renting and boat ticket booking. All in all, a wonderful holiday week in a beautiful place. Thank you Michael !!
