overlooking the sea. Kitchen is well equipped. The garden was full of herbs,
vegetables and fruits which Michael told that we were welcome to use, what a treat to
have a fresh melon for breakfast! Gennadi village offers a nice selection of
restaurants, a few gift shops, a very popular bakery and a small grocery shop with
fresh meats. Villa Gem was a perfect place to unwind and Michael was a great host.

A wonderful vacation spent with our 2 children in Pearl villa! Michael made everything
to make us feel confortable and welcome, from the full tour of the house and
surroundings at our arrival, to the fresh fruits and water in the fridge and the brand

Michael was a a superb host. He met us at the property at 12.50 am as our flight was
late, and provided a few bits to get us started ,much appreciated and service beyond
expectations. Michael was always responsive. The villa was very well presented
everything clean and tidy and well equipped. The pictures don’t do it justice. It is very
peaceful. The pool area is lovely with the barbecue and lots of seating. We had our
grandkids with us for a few days and they loved it. The beach is only a few minutes
away for a change of scenery and nobody on it. The village is nearby with a lovely
bakery, grocery and supermarket. We had some tomatoes and aubergine from
Michael’s veg garden which were very nice. Had a really pleasant stay and look
forward to returning in the future

Fantastic villa in a remote location, perfect for a blissful vacation to disconnect. Not
too far away from restaurants and supermarkets, but far enough from overly touristic

The location of this property is outstanding; situated on a beautiful, expansive beach that was almost like having our own private beach. A couple of minutes drive brings you to Gennadi with its great bakery and restaurants. The house is spotless and beautifully decorated with everything you could need. Sitting and relaxing on the first floor terrace with its beautiful sea view is a must. Outside there is extensive parking, an amazing large pool with lovely loungers as well as a great barbecue area under a pergola. The garden is planted with an amazing amount of herbs, perfect for barbecuing with, fruit trees and plants. Overall an outstanding property with an amazing host who was welcoming and full of useful information to enhance our stay. We will be returning for longer next time.

Gem Villa is exactly as it looks in the pictures and better. The villa is immaculate, the decor is neutral and tasteful and has everything you could possibly need. The position of the villa is perfect if you are looking for peace and quiet and the view is just beautiful. The beach, which is just in front of the villa, is incredibly peaceful, with hardly a soul on it. The sea is completely calm with crystal clear water.
Gennadi is a few minutes drive and has everything you need to stock up. Michael also recommended some great restaurants. Being keen foodies, one of the things we really loved about the villa, was all the fresh herbs and vegetables in the garden that Michael invites you to use. All in all, a gem of a holiday villa, in a stunning location. Michael is the perfect host; friendly, relaxed and incredibly helpful.

De villa en de locatie waren een absolute droom en zelfs beter dan we hadden gehoopt. Een fijne rustige plek. Directe toegang tot een wild en prachtig strand en wat nog belangrijker is, het is zelfs in het hoogseizoen leeg (privé!) met geweldig turquoise water, we voelden ons alsof we in een natuurreservaat verbleven! Zo vredig. We keken ‘s nachts vanaf ons balkon naar de nachtzwaluwen en zwommen om 6 uur ‘s ochtends in de zee met de zonsopgang. Genoeg ruimte voor onze volwassen kinderen en ons om allemaal onze eigen ruimte te hebben, maar tegelijkertijd een briljante sociale ruimte. De ontvangt door Michael was warm, niets was teveel moeite, hij is een geweldige gastheer, hij helpt je 24/7 met al je vragen. Het kleine dorpje Gennadi ligt dichtbij met een kleine supermarkt en net genoeg bars en taverna’s. We raden wel aan om een auto te nemen, want het is een vrij lange wandeling langs een hoofdweg. We komen zeker terug, 100% aanrader deze fantastische villa op een magische plek!!!

Ein Stück Paradies –
Wir haben ein paar wunderschöne Tage in der Villa von Michalis verbracht. Die Lage im ruhigen Süden, nahe Gennadi, gefällt uns sehr und bis zum Strand sind es nur ein paar Meter.
Die Villa ist ganz neu und top ausgestattet. Innen wie außen ist zu spüren, dass Michalis mit Leidenschaft ans Werk geht. Es gibt einen tollen und vor allem mit Sonnenschutz ausgestatteten Essplatz mit Grill und ausreichend Sonnenschirme für die Liegen am Pool. Der Pool ist unheimlich sauber und steht in starker Konkurrenz zum Schwimmen im Meer. Der Garten um die Villa ist schon im ersten Jahr toll angelegt. Es gibt frische Kräuter, die auch gerne zum Kochen verwendet werden dürfen und die Auberginen wachsen reichlich. Michalis ist ein toller Gastgeber, der bei allen Fragen rund um die Insel den hilfreichen Kontakt vermitteln konnte. Ausserdem ist er leidenschaftlicher Koch und wir nehmen drei neue Rezepte mit nach Hause und haben neue Kräuter kennengelernt.

This is the perfect private getaway in Rhodes!! We spent 6 relaxing days here and we would highly recommend this place to couples/families who are looking for a peaceful and beautiful place to stay outside of the hustle and bustle of nearby Lardos and Lindos. This property is almost brand new so it feels like you’re the first to stay. The pool is the perfect size and Michail has planted the gardens with fragrant herbs and plants to give a beautiful ambient surrounding. The beach is a skip away and so private you could call it your own!! Gennadi is only a few kilometers away and has a quaint street with restaurants and bars, a bakery and a supermarket (although we would recommend going a few extra kms north to Sofos (near the Pizza restaurant Capi di Pizza)). There’s a cool beach bar a few kms south if you want a few drinks on the beach with good music. All in all a perfect retreat and we thank you Michail for your hospitality. See you next year! 🙂

Die Lage, nur wenige Meter vom Strand entfernt, bietet einen atemberaubenden Blick auf die Ägäis, der jeden Tag zu einem unvergesslichen Erlebnis macht. Besonders beeindruckend ist der gepflegte Garten mit frischen Kräutern, die man beim Kochen verwenden darf, sowie der große, saubere Pool, der eine echte Alternative zum Schwimmen im Meer bietet. Das Haus selbst ist modern und luxuriös eingerichtet, wobei auf jedes Detail geachtet wurde – von der gut ausgestatteten Küche bis hin zu den gemütlichen Rückzugsmöglichkeiten in den verschiedenen Räumen. Sowohl der Innen- als auch der Außenbereich zeugen von der Leidenschaft des Gastgebers Michalis, der sich stets bemüht, den Aufenthalt seiner Gäste so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Ob für einen kurzen Aufenthalt oder eine längere Auszeit, diese Villa ist perfekt.

Ich hatte einen sehr kurzen, aber unglaublich schönen Aufenthalt in der Villa Pearl, und ich kann es kaum erwarten, beim nächsten Mal mindestens 10 Tage dort zu verbringen! Diese Villa ist genau das, was man für einen perfekten Sommerurlaub braucht. Neu erbaut, mit einem wunderschönen Pool und nur zwei Gehminuten vom Meer entfernt. Der Garten ist liebevoll mit fast allen mediterranen Kräutern bepflanzt, die man wunderbar zum Kochen verwenden kann.
Der Blick auf das Meer vom Balkon aus war atemberaubend, und den Sonnenaufgang zu beobachten, war einfach magisch. Die Aufteilung des Hauses ist ideal für die Bedürfnisse einer Familie, und die Küche ist voll ausgestattet – es fehlt wirklich an nichts. Die Villa liegt direkt am Strand, der fast privat ist, was für noch mehr Entspannung sorgt.
Insgesamt habe ich meinen Aufenthalt sehr genossen und plane definitiv, nächsten Sommer mit meiner Familie für unsere Sommerferien zurückzukehren!

Een klein stukje paradijs!
Wij hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad in de villa van Michail. The locatie, in het rustige zuiden, vlakbij Gennadi, is perfect. Je loopt zo het strand op! De villa is gloednieuw, modern, schoon en bijzonder goed uitgerust met alles wat je nodig hebt. Zowel binnen, als buiten. Je ziet en voelt dat Michail met hart en ziel dit huis heeft gebouwd en ingericht. Buiten is een fantastische plek om te eten, met veel schaduwhoekjes voor de zonnige dagen. Ook de bbq grill ontbreekt niet. Bij het zwembad staan heerlijke relax-bedden en mooie parasols. Het zwembad zelf is erg mooi en schoon, dus de keuze of je gaat zwemmen in de zee of zwembad is moeilijk! 🙂
De tuin rondom de villa is mooi aangelegd, Je kunt er verse kruiden plukken die je kan gebruiken bij het koken en er groeien aubergines.
Michail is een geweldige host. Altijd bereid om advies te geven over het eiland. Hij kan fantastisch koken en we gingen met drie nieuwe recepten naar huis. Wij komen zeker terug!!

Unser Aufenthalt in der Rhodos Paradise Villa hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Villa ist sehr schön gelegen und man hat Blick auf das Meer und die Altstadt. Bis Rhodos Stadt sind es nicht mal 15 Minuten. Sollte man Lust zu feiern haben, ist Faliraki in 20 Minuten erreichbar.
Insgesamt sieht die Villa aus wie auf den Bildern – persönliches Highlight für mich: der Pool. Dieser befindet sich im wunderschönen und gepflegten Garten. Da kann man direkt abschalten. Außerdem gibt es dort genügend Liegen für alle, sodass niemand darauf verzichten muss.
Die Unterkunft befindet sich in einem sehr guten Zustand und war bei der Ankunft blitzsauber. Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es ebenfalls direkt auf dem Grundstück.

The house is exactly what we wanted for our summer holiday. A beautiful pool and from the door to the sea just a 2 minute walk. It’s a new-build and the garden has been beautifully planted. We loved eating fresh vegetables from the garden, the tomatoes and aubergines were delicious and we used the herbs when we grilled fish and steaks on the bbq by the pool.
The view of the sea from the balcony was amazing and watching the August full moon rise was just magical. The layout of the house with one double bedroom and a bathroom on each floor made it perfect for our family’s needs.
The kitchen was very well-stocked. My wife and I both enjoy cooking and there was nothing missing. The house is right on the beach, which we mostly had to ourselves, and there are shops and restaurants just a 5-minute drive away. You should check out Mama’s Kitchen, it’s fabulous, but make a reservation because they are always busy. Overall, we enjoyed our stay immensely and plan to return next summer

The kitchen was very well-stocked. My wife and I both enjoy cooking and there was nothing missing. The house is right on the beach, which we mostly had to ourselves, and there are shops and restaurants just a 5-minute drive away. You should check out Mama’s Kitchen, it’s fabulous, but make a reservation because they are always busy. Overall, we enjoyed our stay immensely and plan to return next summer

The property lived up to expectation and more. The hosts, Michail and Mariella, were fabulously accommodating, which we cannot thank them enough. The Gennadi Gem really lived up to its name. The villa is brand new and extremely well located with stunning views of the Aegean Sea making it the perfect place to unwind. The villa is very comfortable and well furnished, with great attention to detail extending to the kitchen and other amenities. The large pool, garden area and private parking just add to the setting of an ideal holiday place, be that for a quick break or a longer stay.
As a host Michael was exceptional, sharing his knowledge of the local area and doing everything he could to make my stay memorable. The Gennadi Gem is definitely worth visiting, a great stay all round!

We had an amazing stay at the villa. We were 7 adults, 3 generations vacationing in Rhodes. The villa is well situated 1minute from a beautiful beach and completely private with large public spaces, a lovely pool & beautiful grounds. Michael is an amazing host who not only helped us plan the trip but also assisted us with every issue that came up during the visit. I would highly recommend families to stay at the villa.

Michael is the most wonderful host. We arrived late in the evening so he organised food for us, and has looked after us very well during our stay. He even treated us to a fantastic day out at nearby island Chalki where we swam in the sea and ate fresh fish on the beach. The villa is beautiful and spacious (even with 7 adults) and has everything you need. The gardens and the pool are gorgeous, all in a peaceful setting with sea views. I absolutely recommend Rodos Paradise Villa and we would love to come back.

Wir waren mit 10 Personen in dieser schönen Villa. Es war ausreichend Platz für alle vorhanden. Der große Garten und der Poolbereich sind das Highlight an diesem Anwesen. In dem kleinen Ort Koskinou gibt es Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und auch einen schönen Strand mit kristallklarem Wasser. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und wurden von dem Inhaber Michael herzlich empfangen. Er gab uns gute Tipps zu Ausflugszielen und Restaurants.
Wir werden sicherlich noch einmal wieder kommen.
